Fresh as it gets


My mother gets fresh grouper from a local fisherman and it is FINE!!!

I get a skillet nice and hot before I pour a tsp of EVOO in. Lightly sprinkle the fish with seasoning (e.g. salt, pepper and paprika) on both sides and cook on both sides for about 3-5 minutes each. Remove from heat, squeeze juice from 1/2 a lemon on filets, sprinkle with fresh parsley and top with lemon slices.

It was as delish as it is beautiful!

We served with beer and mustard brussel sprouts and a cucumber, tomato and onion salad and it was divine!
