Spicy Tuna Roll Pictures
Okay, so last time I made sushi we ate it before I had a chance to take pictures. As promised, I took pictures this time round and am excited to share.
I used a variety of rice paper to roll the sushi in place of seaweed to change things up.
Also, I left my garlic chile sauce at my mom's house so I used chile oil instead in order to spice up the mayo. I've always wanted to try my spicy mayo that way since I saw that it is the way Alton Brown makes his. It was equally delish and we were very satisfied.
